Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at rajanthecoach.com, booking any of our training programs, or engaging with Rajan The Coach in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Capacity to Enter Agreement
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are using our services for lawful purposes only.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Our Services
Service Description
Rajan The Coach offers professional corporate training, soft skills development workshops, public speaking coaching, leadership development programs, and related educational content. Services may be delivered in-person, virtually, or in hybrid formats based on mutual agreement.
Service Customization
Training programs may be customized to meet specific organizational needs. Any customization must be agreed upon in writing prior to service delivery. We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to program content based on participant feedback and learning outcomes.
Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any significant changes that may affect your engagement with us.
Intellectual Property
All training materials, content, methodologies, frameworks, and intellectual property shared during our programs remain the exclusive property of Rajan The Coach unless otherwise agreed in writing. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any such materials without prior written consent.
Bookings & Payments
Booking Confirmation
All bookings for training programs, workshops, or coaching sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement or formal written confirmation from Rajan The Coach. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Fees & Payment Terms
Service fees are as communicated during consultation or as outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your individual engagement agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Invoicing
Invoices will be issued as per the agreed payment schedule. Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation by Client
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled program date will receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Cancellations made 7–14 days before the program date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program date will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule a program must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability. One complimentary rescheduling may be offered at our discretion. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to an administrative fee.
Cancellation by Rajan The Coach
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a program, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from a cancellation on our part.
Code of Conduct
Participant Responsibilities
All participants in our programs are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
Confidentiality
Participants agree to treat information shared by other participants during training sessions as confidential and to not share, disclose, or use such information outside of the training context without explicit consent.
Recording & Media
Recording of any training sessions, whether audio, video, or photography, is not permitted without prior written consent from Rajan The Coach and any individuals who may be recorded. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive to deliver the highest quality training, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or improvements in professional performance as a result of participating in our programs.
Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rajan The Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Privacy & Data
Data Collection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Testimonials & Case Studies
By providing a testimonial or participating in a case study, you grant Rajan The Coach a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, likeness, and testimonial content for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolution of any disputes amicably through direct communication first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration laws before pursuing litigation.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service are effective as of July 25, 2026 and supersede all previous agreements between you and Rajan The Coach regarding the use of our services.
